A product visualization and motion design study inspired by Thuma's Essential Bed and Mattress. This project focused on reverse-engineering the assembly process, recreating the joinery system, and producing a short assembly animation in Blender.
Using Thuma's assembly guide as reference, I modeled the Essential Bed and Mattress from scratch in Blender. Special attention was given to the frame joinery, slat system, and assembly workflow to create a believable product demonstration.
The final deliverable included a series of product renders and a short assembly animation designed to communicate how the product comes together.
